The Xenoflex S8000 is designed for digital printing on flexible packaging and film-based packaging. Targeting flexible packaging converters and printing manufacturers, it features roll-to-roll feeding, a combined hot air + infrared drying system and closed-loop tension control, and is compatible with a wide range of flexible packaging substrates including BOPP, PET, PE, nylon films and laminated films.
Application testing has demonstrated its wide colour gamut, high colour saturation, clear reproduction of 1.5 mm text and Grade A results in finished barcode verification. Final print quality and production performance depend on the substrate, artwork, ink conditions, drying settings and finishing requirements.
